By purchasing the product, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions of the return and exchange policy. Returns and exchanges can be completed by contacting us at 0549448944 and providing the necessary documentation.

The customer may return or exchange purchases within one week (7 days) of the date of receipt, provided that the returned or exchanged items are in their original condition as when purchased.

 The customer is not entitled to return or exchange used, damaged, or improperly stored materials, materials prepared at the customer’s request, or materials that have already been installed at the customer’s premises. By purchasing the product, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions contained in the return and exchange policy. 

In the event that purchases are returned without being replaced with other items of the same or higher value, the price difference will be refunded to the customer in the same manner as the payment was made (cash/credit card/bank check). Returns exceeding five thousand (500) SAR will be replaced with a bank check seven (7) business days after the date of the request.

In case of any defects or damage, it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, and the customer has the right to return or exchange it.
